Prospecting is the most important part of network marketing; just as recruiting people is the key to growth and success. Prospecting is similar to looking for diamonds. Diamonds are valuable stones, and you don’t need too many diamonds to become wealthy. In the same vein, you only need some authentic prospects who are committed to your team, although they may be few.

Network marketing is a people-centered business that maximizes referral marketing and relationship marketing. Recruitment can either be offline or online, warm market or cold market. Cold market prospecting involves recruiting strangers into your team, while warm market prospecting involves friends and families. There are 7 billion people in the world, with 9.2% of the world’s population living in poverty. Poverty, unemployment, retirement challenges, and financial incapacity are driving forces behind creating most network marketing companies in the world. 

Network marketing is incredibly an impactful business that allows people to show others a financial pathway. Despite the benefits attached to network marketing, recruiting a member of your team may be challenging. You are likely to face more struggles recruiting your families and friends. Many new network marketers assume their friends will buy their business idea; sadly, your friends and families may not be your biggest market. Prospecting strangers is like finding diamonds, they may be few, but they are vital to the survival of your business.

Cold marketing is an effective prospecting method; these prospects have no idea who you are and how many times you have failed. A cold market consists of potential distributors and team members who can help you build your business. As a new marketer, if you are trying to recruit strangers to your team, you need to explore cold market prospecting. 

There are different reasons why you should employ cold market prospecting. Cold markets don’t know your history, and they may be your biggest fan, unlike your friends who may not be so enthusiastic. 

Many new network marketers assume their friends will buy their business idea; sadly, your friends and families may not be your biggest market.

Cold market prospecting can be offline and online. Start by visiting places where you can find your target audience. More so, ensure that you create content that your target audience finds engaging. The cold market is vast, and prospects are virtually never-ending. However, ensure that you visit places where you can find your ideal prospect. For example, if you are in the health and nutrition niche, you may do your cold market prospecting at the gym, grocery store, or hospitals. It is also important to target sales-minded and business people because they already have the mindset and skills to succeed in network marketing. 

Network marketing provides earning and personal development opportunities for people. As a network marketer, you have to promote your product and company continuously. Target successful people and avoid prospecting down.

It never ceases to amaze me how Christians do not tire of going to church every Sunday, praying for open doors, financial increase and God's blessings etc but fail to do what's necessary to get the prayer answered.😲

God answers you every single time by bringing opportunities your way. Some of you see those opportunities and get started but give up after 3 hours, 4 days, 7 weeks, 2.5 months, but still go to Church and continue to pray the same prayers.😯😯

Please, what exactly are you expecting? How do you want this prayer answered? An anonymous bank credit of £1,000,000? But that will trigger a fraud alert. ohhh, you did not think of that?😜

How will you explain that? The money dropped from heaven?🤔

As this year draws to a close, it's time to reflect on 2018. Have you had the year you dreamed of so far?

Did 2018 turn out as you hoped, dreamed and prayed? How exactly did you prepare for it?

How many days did you just drift in 2018 - woke up with no intention for the day, just allowed the day to happen, not seizing the day?

It does not matter what title you give to 2019.

Your year of this or that. For you to have the year you want, you're going to have to DO things EVERY SINGLE DAY OF 2019 that are in alignment with the type of year you want!😮

God is NOT a magician. He is a God of principles. He created this universe and created laws to govern how the universe works.

Follow the laws/principles, and you get the results.

Fast, pray, bash your head on walls, give all your money to Church but do not follow the principles, and you are wasting your time.

NOTHING is going to change!🤔

Does it look like anything you're DREAMING of?🤔

You want a peaceful year, yet chaos follows you everywhere.

Now that Christmas 2018 is over, it's time to put Pen to Paper and write the 2019 of my dreams!✒📝🗒

I did a similar thing this time last year, then created a visual representation of what I wanted (Vision Board), then spoke the words, felt the feelings, thought the thoughts and guess what, most (about 98%) of it came to pass!🙌🏾🙌🏾

If this is a practice you have not been doing, can I please implore you to start doing it, it works!👌🏾
