Time is a crucial element when running a business, and every minute or second counts. Time management is critical to business growth and productivity. As a leader, it's important to spend more time acquiring and keeping the best people in your team. This makes sure that you are not tempted to micro-manage people. While it is advisable that you invest in people, ensure that you invest in people who support your dreams and visions. Do these people's dreams align with yours? Then you are on the right track.

5. Learn to say No

Saying No to speaking engagements and meetings is not entirely wrong. It is pivotal to prioritize your personal development over other things that may require more time than you have.
